Khal Ungvar – Terms of Use

This website (ungvar.org) is the internal community database of Khal Ungvar, a nonprofit synagogue, and its affiliated institutions. These terms apply to everyone who signs in.

• Who may use it: only administrators and gabbaim who were given access by the synagogue. Signing in is done with your own Google account; do not share your account or let others use it.
• Purpose: the site may be used only for the synagogue's work — keeping community records, donations, receipts, events and related communication. It may not be used for any personal, commercial or unrelated purpose.
• Confidentiality: the information in the database is private. Do not copy, export, print or share it except as needed for the synagogue's work, and keep exported files secure.
• Messages you send: emails and messages sent from the site are sent from your own account at your request. You are responsible for their content and for sending them only to people who agreed to receive them.
• Changes and access: the synagogue may change the site, these terms, or anyone's access at any time.
• No warranty: the site is provided "as is". The synagogue is not responsible for any loss resulting from its use; please check important information before relying on it.
